Hi, I'm selling my vehicle which I've owned for the past 4 years.
During my ownership of the vehicle, no expense has been spared on regular
maintenance and 90% of which, has been done at a dealership. (NO RUST, underbody rustproofed) The body/paint of the vehicle is in good shape and the car runs very well.

water pump changed at time of swap w/approx. 60,000kms on motor)
Transmission: 5-speed manual

- Civic Type R style rear hatch spoiler (painted)
- Civic Type R style rear lip (painted)
- Civic Type R style front grill
- Mugen style front lip
- SIR side skirts
- Painted Mirrors

Performance Mods:
- Intake (6 months old)
- Fireball stlye axleback exhaust with burnt titanium tip, custom angled
slightly for cosmetic reasons (6 months old)
- Short throw shifter

Suspension/Wheels:
- 17' Tenzo R Mean 6 rims (Gunmetal coloured w/chrome lip)
- BRAND NEW Kumho 711 205/40R17 tires, mounted and balanced
- BRAND NEW American Racing closed ended tuner lug nuts w/adapter

- Both front driveshafts, front brake pads, OEM front rotors, OEM spark
plugs, wiper motor, and exhaust mid-pipe all replaced within the past year

replaced though, used it as my winter set of wheels)
