Hey guys, priorities have come up that have me deciding to sell the car. Dad lost his job and I need money for school.

Specs are as follows;

Exterior
-Painted last year two tone Milano red with Black hood, roof, trunk.
-Smoked projector headlights with angel eyes (not hooked up for obvious rice reasons)
-Type R front lip
-Yellow lamin-x on two middle headlights
-Rust proofed last year, very very minor rust. (no car is rust free of course)

-Paint is in great condition, light scratches as with any car. (As seen in photos)

Powertrain
-JDM H22 w/~80,000kms out of a '97 production Prelude
-LSD transmission (GM syncromesh inside)
-2 1/2" mandrel bent cat back w/Vibrant stealth exhaust
-New V-tec solonoid gasket
-New starter
-New clutch master&slave cylinder
-Lightened flywheel (11lbs)
-Exedy Stage I clutch
-Polyurethane motor/tranny mounts
-New battery
-Recently serviced Throttle Body, IACV, FITV, etc.
-Chipped P28 ECU (Can include stock P13 if price is right)
-New brake lines
-New calipers (front) + pads(front) + rotors(front)
-Type R brake booster
-Always put 91+octane
-Always use mobil1 Full synthetic (Does not burn a drop of oil! no joke, I've never had to top it off)

Suspension + Rims/Tires
-Type R shocks
-Type R LCA's
-New front passenger side fork
-Skunk 2 coilover sleeves
-15" JDM style rims (no idea what brand, but they're light) w/kumho ecsta 7/11's (65% thread)
-15" stock GSR snowflakes, w/like new Micheline X-ice (for winter)

Options
-Power windows
-Power door locks (not keyless entry)
-Power mirrors
-Power moonroof
-Bucket seats
-Crappy JVC cd player (or could be some other crappy company but works perfect)


*No power steering (I like it better that way)
*No A/C
*Antenna is broken (as per photos below)

Asking Price
-$6200 with both sets of rims + ECU (Take out 500$ for each set of rims and 100$ for ECU)

-Not willing to safety or e-test (although e-test might still be valid from last year when I got the car.) and car will need nothing for safety.

Thats all! I bought the car last January, it passed safety then (had to do brake lines to make it pass) and since then, I've maintained it A LOT so there are no problems now.

The car is quite fast, should be able to run between 13.8-14.1 quarter mile if you can drive (Never tracked it myself to know, but in theory..)

Ok let me make myself clear... if you DO NOT have money and are NOT serious, then please refrain from wasting my time and cell phone minutes because you are unsure of a purchase.

That said, whoever can get me anything between 4200-4500$ for this within the next 4-5 days, cash in hand, takes the car with one set of rims of your choice + both ECU's.

 

How many ppl have come out to see it? How come no has bought this car yet? Your first post was in September!

 

People on this board have seen this car, as have many ppl from GTcars and everyone knows that this car is legitimate.

You want to know how many people have come seen the car? 4 people. So it's not like 100's of people have come to see it and find a whole bunch of problems and flake.

simply put, the economy is bad, winter is coming, and the car is modded. Have you seen any other teg's sell recently on this site? no. Therefore I'm pricing mine competitively as I need to help my parents.

p.s Imperialsoulja, even if you still wanted the car, you will NOT get it. I gave you your offer and you flaked, lied to me and wasted my cell minutes by making me call your friend long distance... so please, get out of my thread.

 

Hey dude I never lied about anything...I was seriously interested in the car, and apparently your not gonna sell it to me even if I do want it...I spoke to some ppl (cuz I am not as knowledgeable about modded cars as some ppl I know) and the issue that came up was a car like this is very high maintenance, and if I'm not able to fix problems myself (e.g. oil pan gasket, etc) its gonna rack up quite a bill at the mechanics. So that's why I decided against it...but it is a beautiful car no doubt

 

and being really honest, it seems strange that no one has jumped on this car in almost two months...I dunno...best of luck with the sale dude
